I am not receiving the secret code while registering my account - what do I do?

Check with your administrator

If you are not receiving the Two Factor code to your phone, check with your CertifID administrator to ensure the correct phone number is listed for your account. 

  • If the phone number is wrong, your administrator can edit and update the number associated with your profile.
  • If the phone number is correct and you are still experiencing issues, contact us at support@certifid.com
