How to gather information on additional accounts from your clients using CertifID
When sending a Confirm request to your client, there is a field called 'Add final credit to'. Here, you can add in the account information for the trust account, where these funds will ultimately be disbursed to.
Similarly, when you send your client a Collect request to have them provide their account details, they will be able to click on the 'Add Further credit to' option to add in those additional Trust account details.
