You can edit or create new Wiring Instructions for your company from within the CertifID Portal.
Note: only admins have access to the following screens and to add wiring instructions.
To set up new, or edit existing, wiring instructions for your company, first login to portal.certifid.com and then click on the Bank Information tab from the left hand side menu.
From here you can review your current sets of wiring instructions, filter by specific office if you have access to more than one office, and add new instructions by clicking on the Add New button in the upper right hand corner.
First you'll need to enter what you'd like the display name for the instructions to be, and then choose which account will have access to these instructions. If this is an office with multiple accounts beneath it, you can share it out to all of those offices to have access to as well by checking the 'Share with Children Accounts' button.
Next, you'll enter in the account information where funds should be sent to. First enter in the accounts routing number. As you enter it, our system will pull the logo and contact information for that bank, which you can edit if necessary and verify that it is the correct institution. If a correspondent or intermediary bank is needed for this account, it will also pull that information here.
Then continue completing the form by entering in the Account Name and Account Number. Finally, there is an optional Notes section where you can add specific instructions to your customers who will receive these wiring instructions. These notes will be added to the PDF file your customer receives.
Click on Next and then you'll have the opportunity to review all of the information you just provided prior to saving. You can also download a preview of the PDF document that your customers will receive containing your wiring instructions, and double check what accounts will have access to these instructions. If everything looks good, click on Save. If you need to make any edits, click on Back to go back and update any information.
Your users in the assigned accounts will now have access to send these instructions out to their customers when creating new CertifID Requests.
