The request details page shows your client's progress through the CertifID verification process.
***NOTE: This article is specific to the newest version of CertifID. If your account is not on the updated version you may not have access to these features.***
In the upper left corner of the Request Details page, you will see how your client has progressed through the CertifID process. In addition to checking where a client is at in the process, you are able to send them a reminder, edit, duplicate, or cancel the request as well.
