Make sure your Title company or law office has already sent the request. They may have sent you an email informing you that CertifID would be used, but the actual request email is separate. Your title company or law office can help answer this question for you.
If you know they have sent the request and still can't find it...
- Your email provider may have blocked the CertifID email from making it through to your primary inbox. Please check your spam folders or any sub-folders where the e-mail could be stuck.
- If you still cannot find it, contact the title company or law office and ask them to resend the request.
